Within those five areas, the Exercise is going to challenge your thinking, processes, procedures and experience against 100 essential questions. 

Please answer those questions as fully as possible and we’ll get in touch to book a follow up call to fill in any blanks and gaps. Once that call is complete we’ll aim to send back your Sale and Exit RAG-rated report and action plan within 72-hours. 

Naturally, armed with that information, you will understand your agency’s sale and exit-readiness, and you will then be able to make the business changes necessary to become sale or exit ready.
